Will Tech Wraps fit my laptop?

If it’s a MacBook, the answer is YES. We make wraps for all MacBook models. Not sure which one you have? Check out Apple’s “Which MacBook Do I Have?” page—or just ask us.

Can I reuse a Tech Wrap?

Nope. Once it’s on, it’s on. But if you’re ready for a fresh look, our wraps peel off clean.

APPLICATION & RENEWAL

How do I apply my wrap?

Easy as pie—if pie didn’t involve baking. Clean your device, peel the backing, align the wrap, and smooth it on. We even made a quick video for you here.

What if I mess up?

No stress. Our wraps are super forgiving. Just peel back the section you messed up, realign it, and try again. It’s like a second (or third) chance at perfection.

Will the wrap damage my device when I remove it?

Not a chance. Our wraps are designed to leave no residue and zero damage. Your device will look as fresh as the day you unboxed it.

PROTECTION & DURABILITY

Do Tech Wraps protect against drops?

Think of it like this: Our wraps are the stylish bodyguard for scratches and scuffs, but they’re not going to save your laptop from a dive off the kitchen counter. You’ll still want to be careful.

How long do Tech Wraps last?

With normal use, they’ll last as long as your love for them does. That’s years, by the way. And if you get bored, swapping to a new design is always an option.

RETURN &REFUND POLICY

WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES?

Standard Items

For non-customized items, you’ve got 30 days from the day your order lands to request a return. To qualify, your item needs to be:

  • In the same condition you got it (unused, and looking brand new).
  • In its original packaging (because we love a good full-circle moment).
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase (you know, that thing we emailed you).

To start a return, email us at customercare@tech-wraps.com. If approved, you’ll ship it back to us. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs. Heads up: items sent back without contacting us first will be sent on a sad return trip to you.

Damages or Issues

Got the wrong item? Something’s damaged? Not what you expected? Email us at customercare@tech-wraps.com ASAP so we can make it right. Pro tip: the faster you let us know, the faster we can fix it.

Exceptions

Custom-printed products are not eligible for returns—these were made just for you, after all. But if something’s not right, email us at customercare@tech-wraps.com, and we’ll help you out.

Exchanges

If you’re not loving the quality of your order, let us know at customercare@tech-wraps.com. We’ll send you a replacement item of equal value, no stress, no hassle.

Refunds

Once your return lands back with us and passes inspection (spoiler: we’re thorough), we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If it is, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Reminder: your bank or credit card company might take a few extra days to process it on their end.
